Number 1
Recently jumped on the 24 bit bandwagon. Recording everything in 24 bit/44.1 khz . Exporting all my project files (including older stuff recorded in 16 bit) as 24 bit files. Greater volume, detail and clarity.
Number 2
After reading the 25 pro tips for workflow and productivity (by Liam O’Mullane) from MusicTech mag Set 2011, I’m going to start on tip 7.
I currently have too many ideas partly finished in project files. Get them into wave or mp3 files to reference and listen to them from one folder. Who knows where they might end up? Brilliant. Systems and workflow tips are worth considering.
